This policy applies to digital planning services, implementation support sessions, and related advisory deliverables provided by Phraxellvorm.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Requests submitted inside that window may be treated as used session time.
Refund eligibility
For prepaid packages, unused future sessions may be eligible for prorated refund if requested in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase and before substantial delivery has occurred.
Non-refundable components
Completed sessions, delivered custom documentation, and work products already provided are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
How to submit a request
Email your request with purchase details, date, and the email used for booking. We typically acknowledge requests within two business days.
